Areas of Interest to serve on October 11th

You may check more than one

Trunk or Treat: Decorate trunk in fun theme (not evil, no witches, etc), hand out candy to participants. You can provide candy or we will provide for you. Set up can start at 4:15 and be ready by 5:00pm

Games helper: You will be assigned to a game or activity to encourage participants to try. Candy or small prize will be available to give on completion of game.

Craft area: Hand out craft supplies and monitor area in use.

Food helper: Monitor, help hand out, and keep stock of food provided for participants and family members

Registration Table: Welcome Families, and have them fill out the liability form online or on paper. A QR code will be available to scan to use on their phone. We will use this to reach out to families later and keep a tally of participants. Hand out a bag to each child participant. A scavenger hunt paper will be available and a prize awarded if they find all the pieces

Set Up from 1:00pm - 4:30pm: Help set up games and decorations before event

Tear Down 7:00 - 8:00 pm (Many hands make quick work)

Candy Donation: We will use candy donated for game participation, trunk or treat, and a prize if they can find all the parts of the scavenger hunt.

Decoration needs: hay bales, pumpkins, corn husks, wood pallets
